We closely monitor and follow the ever changing regulatory landscape. In states where life settlements are not regulated, we follow Florida’s strict regulations to ensure that each transaction is conducted with the high standards that we have set for ourselves.
We fully disclose the financial details of the settlement transaction including all of our compensation. All of the expenses related to the settlement process will be incurred by AEG and not our advisors or the policy owner.
Reliability
We will provide training and support so that advisors understand the viability of a policy on the secondary market prior to approaching a client. We will provide you with a viability assessment within 48 hours so that you can fully understand the factors that will impact its market value.
We will provide a written weekly status report to the advisor on all pending settlements. You will be fully aware of the progress we are making and can keep your client as informed as well.
